I had the honor of hosting a National Novel Writing Month YouTube Write-In, and it was a lot of fun. My theme for the hour was writing strong female characters.

There are three writing sprints as well as a lot of ideas for other sprints to do on your own.

About writing sprints: It’s about writing as fast as you can without editing. I’m a big believer in writing your whole draft first (more like a super messy document), then editing it sometime in January.
