Gamble of the Gods Process

Writing Gamble of the Gods has been exciting, getting it reviewed and edited made me a little nervous. The main character in this book is AJ Bluehorse, a Navajo woman who’s grown up outside the reservation. So, I spent a lot of time researching and getting to know the Navajo culture, as well as having a couple of Navajo friends review the book.

So far, I’ve received great input and reviews and I’ve incorporated those changes into the story. And, I received my first early reader review from author Elisabeth Loya.
