JOIN US FOR ROLLER DERBY!!! The Unicorns hit the track for our fourth game of the season on September 22! Expo NM! Doors at 6pm! Kids 12 and under get in free!
This time we have a really special treat in store. We are hosting a Mash Up! This is when two all-star teams are created using all ABQRD players along with visiting skaters from surrounding leagues. See your favorite skaters go head to head against each other on the home track!!!
And, our special theme is Brewery vs Brewery! See what team comes out on top:

It’s going to be exciting!
We will have games, crafts, face painting, bounce house, beer, food, and vendors!
In the Manuel Lujan Building at Expo NM!

Don’t know how it’s played? No problem!
The main thing to remember: Each team has a jammer with a star on their helmet. Once the jammer breaks through the pack of blockers, every opposing team member they pass is a point for their team. A full contact game of speed, agility, skill, and strategy!

Established in 2015 by experienced derby players, Albuquerque Roller Derby has built a team of serious athletes ready to hit the track and bring you the hard-hitting action of roller derby! ABQRD is a nonprofit organization. We promote health, teamwork, positivity, and communication as well as giving back to our community.

Enter at Gate 3 of the Fairgrounds – San Pedro and Copper intersection. The venue has food and beverages available (including beer), but remember, NM Expo only takes cash. The door and vendor village can take cards.
